Free UK Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping across the United Kingdom on all orders.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time

UK Standard Shipping:
5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us through our Contact Us page before your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the delivery address.

P.O. Box Deliveries

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses where postal services are available. Courier delivery may not be available for these locations.

Out of Stock Items

If an item in your order becomes unavailable after purchase, we may cancel and refund the unavailable item while shipping the remaining products where applicable.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. If possible, refuse the delivery or keep the packaging and take photos to help us investigate the issue.

Lost Parcels

If your order appears to be lost during transit, please contact us through our Contact Us page. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
